Our returns approach

Returns and refunds are limited to damaged or incorrect orders, subject to any rights required by applicable law. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

Report a damaged or incorrect item

Email calebjoshco@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a description of the issue. Please include clear photos of the affected item and shipping packaging when available. Keep the item and packaging while we review the matter.

Prompt reporting helps us investigate and arrange the appropriate resolution. This request does not shorten any period or remove any remedy provided by law.

Review and resolution

We will review the information and explain whether a replacement, refund, or further information is needed. Please contact us before sending anything back. If we require the return of a confirmed damaged or incorrect item, we will provide return instructions and arrange that return at no cost to you. Do not send an item to an address on the package without our instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, where available, and processed promptly. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.

For an approved full-order refund because the order arrived damaged or incorrect, we refund the amount paid for that order, including its standard shipping charge. A partial-order refund covers the affected items and any shipping amount required by law. We do not replace a legally required monetary refund with store credit.

Changes, cancellations, and missing orders

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly with your order number. Changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun. This does not affect a cancellation or refund right required by law, including rights that apply when shipment is delayed.

If an order has not arrived, contact us so we can investigate. Missing or undelivered merchandise is handled separately from a change-of-mind return. See our Shipping Policy for tracking and delay information.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including those relating to defective or misdescribed goods, non-delivery, or delayed shipment. Where applicable law gives you a broader right, that right applies.
